Our Registered Nurse (RN) Wellness Specialists are a key part of the Remedy + Spade Collective care team. These visits are designed to provide hands-on support, education, and follow-through as part of your personalized, labs-first Midlife Reset.

RN visits may include comprehensive health intakes, lab reviews, progress check-ins, injections, education around hormones, metabolism, and lifestyle changes, and coordination of next steps within your personalized pathway.
